In English:

Every summer the town of Lappeenranta is presenting sand art. The theme for this summer was heroes. Heroes like doctor, fireman, rally driver, a ski jumper, ice hockey player etc.

En español:

Cada verano, la ciudad de Lappeenranta presenta arena arte. El tema de este verano fue héroes. Héroes como médico, bombero, piloto de rally, saltador de esquí, jugador de hockey sobre hielo etc.

En francais:

Chaque été, la ville de Lappeenranta présente l’art du sable. Le thème de cet été était héros. Héros comme médecin, pompier, pilote de rallye, sauteur à ski, joueur de hockey sur glace, etc.

Em Português:

Todo verão, a cidade de Lappeenranta tem a arte de areia. O tema deste verão era a heróis. Heróis como médico, bombeiro, piloto de rali, saltador de esqui, jogador de hóquei no gelo etc.

I remember your previous and statues posts and this time again I admire the vivid facial expressions and how all figures (no matter if human being, animal or object) are made in every detail! Very impressive. I particularly like the illustrative presentation and arranging of scenes (for example the firement climbing the ladder, the ski jumper etc.). It looks like they are really moving …

Tottori(鳥取）, Japan and the saying place are famous on a dune. I make a sculpture of the sand in the same way, but can always see it because it is indoor.
I am similar to the expression of the daughter of the cons. playing a game that a superman is cool.

I have collection of matchbox covers and among them, there are texts written Japanese. I am curious to know what is written there. Keith tried once to solve them, but texts were in old Japanese.
