When visiting many quilt shows, my wife has pointed to me many beautiful, tote bags, hand bags, shopping bags and toiletry bags saying: “Look at how beautiful”. In this post I collected some of them together. The are some among them which she made years ago. I have to say that I love these unique bags also.

Al visitar muchas exposiciones de almazuela, mi esposa me mostró muchas hermosas bolsas de mano y bolsas de aseo diciendo: “Mira cuán hermosas”. En este post recogí algunos de ellas juntos. Entre ellas hay unas que ella hizo hace años. Tengo que decir que me encantan también estas bolsas únicas.

En francais:

Lors de la visite de nombreuses expositions de courtepointes, ma femme me montrait beaucoup de beaux sacs à main et sacs de toilette en disant: “Regarde comment belles”. Dans ce post, je recueillais certains d’entre eux ensemble. Il y a quelques-uns d’entre eux elle faisait il y a quelques années. Je dois dire que j’adore ces sacs uniques aussi.

These are beautiful bags — the creators obviously have a lot of talent. My wife would like the bag decorated with roses, and you showed several bags with cats that my daughter would love.

I was in Finland in the 70’s – ages ago, and the land really reminded me of home here in Minnesota. My own grandparents are all from Sweden and Norway, and I love Scandinavian crafts.

A must have bag. Unique, creative, beautiful. Quilted bags to me are more personal and valuable than those designer bags. They are a work of Art.
