Beaded bracelets 2012 / Pulseras de abalorio 2012 / Braceletes en perles 2012

In English:

Beaded bracelets made in winter 2012.

My wife has been very busy in winter and that’s why she did not make so many. She loves small beads and it caused to me problems to take photos from them. Due to that I took two or three photos from same bead work.

  5. Oh, Matti! Anja’s work is absolutely gorgeous, meticulously designed, and truly unique.

Does Anja sell her wares, have fun matching her jewelry with her outfits, or display them at craft fairs? Maybe all three?

    Beautiful work!

    • Hi Deli.

Anja is only making her bead just for herself, no selling, and no displays at craft fairs. She enjoys just make things by her hands. Thank You for Your comment.

      Have a nice week.

Well, well, so nicely said indeed. She is retired since last December and believe or not, but she is busy and enjoys now her Freedom.🙂

Thank You again for commenting this post. Sunny days to there!

          • In this day and age… and, perhaps, in times past, too… people are staying busy, busier, busiest especially after retirement.

There’s so much to do that one never had time for when one had a “regular job.” Plus, there were so many obligations/responsibilities that kept one from following one’s other passions in life… sewing, beading, reading, blogging. The list is endless!!!

So now that we can, we do.

I’m very happy for your beloved Anja having time to follow her heart’s content.

            Y’all have a beautiful week ahead…

            • Hello Deli.

Yes, You are so right. To fulfill all those things from which one has dreamed and not has had time to do, they are possible to fulfill when retired, I think. Anja has cleaned and cleaned our house since the January. We have thrown away scrap and garden requires “some” work etc. Next Friday after publishing a new post I gonna have the three-week pause from blogging.

              Happy day!

    • Hi George.

Thank You for Your praising words. I am glad that You like my photos. They were not easy to take. When I started I took photos without flash – result not acceptable in my eyes. Then I used flash, some are good, some not and finally I went to our terrace. Sunshine gave the best results.

      Have a wonderful coming week.

Thank You. Beading requires very much some precision, creativity and patience. Good start for beading is to buy some books. After some progress good courses helps innovation and to get more ideas. My wife is not making bead weaving, just beading at this moment.

  18. You did a wonderful job photographing the bracelets so we can see how intricate and beautiful they are. I used to do similar beadwork, but my eyes got too bad to be able to see the tiny beads anymore. Now with music there is no time to work with beads anyway. Please tell Anja I admire her work. Janet

  19. Your wife makes lovely jewelry! She really has a good eye for color. I especially like the spiral bracelets that mix seed beads and bugle beads. I may have to try something like that….

Here polymer clay beads look great! I can see why you thought the beads in my Enki necklace were made that way–the look so much like the pink beads she made. There again, her eye for color was so good!

Thanks for sharing these lovely pictures!
