  1. Bonjour Matti,
Pas très présente en ce moment 😳 , un passage sur ton blog permet de découvrir une nouvelle belle église.
Un faible pour le clocher, les fresques sur les piliers, et les voutes.
    A bientôt !

  4. Good morning, Matti
the Church of Tehola makes a good impression on me. It is beautifully decorated inside and not too pompous. In the first picture I saw you with a friendly smile on his face. It pleases me that is placed at the entrance to a sloping driveway. Disabled people who travel in wheelchairs must be able to use this assistance and by making them better into the church. Thus the church architect, or other persons, very well thought about and acted. The cemetery looks very clean and I like it very much. I am very pleased that I could look at your beautiful pictures and wish you and your wife continue to be the best for the new year 2010. I will continue to try to visit your blog. Dear greetings Christel

    • Good morning to You Christel also from cold Finland, because we have this Sunday morning -23.5 Celsius. Also land and trees are covered with plenty of snow, so it is a real winter here. Well, You said this way: “Disabled people who travel in wheelchairs must be able to use this assistance and by making them better into the church”. You made very presice observation. Nowadays on country side also there are every where churches which can easily been accessed by disabled persons. I am not so aware about churches in cities, but I think that there is the same situation also. We have had in media long discussions about this matter.

Somewhere on country side I have seen also “parking places” for walking frames also. This is good, because old people do not have their own cars, they are walking slowly and need some help to assist them when walking. During winter roads can be slippery.

Thank You visiting here and leaving a comment.
