  1. Mais ils sont partout !!
J’espère que ceux en chair et en os ne sont pas non-plus menacés d’extintion.
    Est-ce qu’il y a une légende ou une croyance attachée à ces sculptures ?

  3. Thanks for the photos, (and the nice comment on my cycling Holland photos). I am hoping to get to Finland for the first time in 2010, and will look out for some of the places you have photographed. Best wishes, Richard

  4. Some years ago, in Helsinki, I bought for forty or so USD, a small wooden bear, the only marking on the bottom of one foot is “Penna”…any information would be apprecaited….It is the kind of bear that if placed right will roll and upright itself. Thanks Again, Bert Zackim, USA

  5. So interesting about the bears! I am looking for a very small wooden carved bear – my daughter brought me one from Finland and I would like to find one for her, she has wonderful memories of a semester at university in Finland. If I can send a photo is it possible to find a bear like the one she got for me? Lillian

      Penna design.

      Maybe this is correct?
