I really admire your wife’s talent and patience to create those bracelets. The beads look tiny and I can imagine the very delicate and precise work it needs for such a beautiful result ! Congratulations to your wife and thank you for sharing her art with us.

  Thank You. My wife started with big beads and during years she passed to the tiny ones. You who are living in the middle of Europe, then check in some store how beautiful beads are made by Swarovski jewellery. In Frankfurt in Kaufhof they sell Swarovski crystal beads and one excellent shop was in Capri. I think that in Switzerland also there must be Swarovski shops. They are too expensive for ordinary people and that is why my wife cannot buy them. So next time, when You see Swarovski shop, pop in there to admire their beads out of curiosity.
  
  Patience is needed as You said to make these, so is it also valid for Quilting and You know very well.

  Thank You. You are so right when commenting. My answer is yes to Your question. She is not using it not so much, but sometimes she really needs it. The magnifying glass is quite big on the table and it has a lamp too. During winter is very useful.

This is gorgeous beadwork. My sister makes jewelry, so I know the time and skill that must be needed to make these. A work of art! Also saw the Christmas tree fashioned from beadson your about page. Loved it!

Sartenada, your wife should try selling these on http://www.etsy.com. It’s a site for handmade works of art (and supplies as well). This way, she can price it at a price that is fair to her. I used to sell stuff on eBay, but it’s just not worth it anymore. Bidders expect to get things for $5 with shipping! I like etsy.com much better. I’m going to open a store on it soon. There are artists, crafters, jewelers, etc., from all over the world selling on etsy.com. Some are even making a living full time creating their artwork!

I shall take some time to have a look through your previous posts, I’ve had a very quick look and there are some lovely things. I tried to make a spiral necklace but just couldn’t get the hang of it. I’m hoping your wife might make a tutorial some time?

Thanks so much for visiting and liking my blogs about Mexico. These bracelets you make are gorgeous! And I really appreciate your showing how to make them. I had a friend from Armenia who used to make eyeglasses holders that looked similar to these. I enjoy crafts and artwork of all kinds, which is one of the reasons I like this part of Mexico so much. The people are very creative, especially in textiles, pottery, carving, and tin work. Almost everything is extremely colorful, including some of the food!
